How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect and is still within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

    • Clear photos showing the brand, model, and damaged areas
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
    • Your current address and daytime contact number
  2. Submit your claim through our Warranty form
  3. We will review your claim within 3 business days

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or mistreatment of the product
  • Damage caused by accidents or environmental factors
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, however, the product must be in resalable condition.
