We offer  a 1 year manufacturer’s defects warranty for all of our products.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you are certain that your broken product is our mistake (some kind of manufacturer defect) and if it still is under the designated warranty period, send us an email at info@reelflyfishers.com with the following information:

  • A brief description of what caused the product to break
  • A photo clearly showing the brand and model of the broken product
  • Photo(s) clearly showing the broken area(s) of the product
  • A copy of the invoice sent to your email after the purchase of the product(s) or other proof of purchase
  • Your current address and daytime contact number

Normal wear and tear or misuse or mistreatment of the product are not covered in our warranty.
